Clove Dental Aligners, Braces & Implants Clinic - Sector 77, Noida Noida's Finest

"We had an appointment at Clove Dental, Sector 77 from 12:00–1:00 PM with Dr. Gini. After reaching, almost 10 minutes were spent on membership update, and the consultation started late. Just a day before, we had consulted another nearby dental clinic where the doctor clearly said only 2 fillings were required, and a third tooth had very minor decay which didn’t need urgent treatment. However, here we were told that 1 RCT, 1 IPC, and 1 filling were required, along with the charges. The doctor was very keen to do IPC + filling immediately. We took 5–10 minutes to decide and opted only for IPC for now, mainly because we had a membership and wanted to utilise it. After that, the doctor suddenly said “now it’s 12:30, I can’t do anything, I have another appointment.” This was shocking because: We had a 1-hour appointment The delay was not caused by us No other patient came till 1:10 PM There were two other doctors available who could have attended meanwhile We even spoke to customer care (Dheeraj, Divyank, Ankit, Sweety) but no resolution was provided. Despite having enough time, the doctor was adamant about calling us for another appointment, even though the procedure could easily have been done in the same slot. What felt extremely unethical was that she was ready to proceed when higher-cost treatment was discussed, but once we opted for the lower-cost option, she refused to do anything. We travelled from Sector 137, which is quite far, and the entire visit turned out to be a complete waste of time. Overall, the experience felt very money-driven, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Definitely not what one expects from a brand like Clove Dental. Don't go for 5 star reviews as these r paid only."
